President Regulations
- A president, vice president and secretary must be elected during every election. The president cannot elect a new vice president or secretary themself. If the president lost 3 lives, the vice president will become president with 3 lives and the secretary will become the vice president.
- The president may be healed after they die. The vice president and secretary can also be healed after they die, but you cannot give them extra treatment like teleporting them to the president's location.
- Anyone may run for president; it does not matter what team they are on. But they must switch to the police department team after the elections.
- The president, vice president and secretary must have the standard pistol equipped, no other gun is allowed for them.
- The president isn’t allowed to use any tools no matter what situation they are in. Their gun is the only exception.
- The president isn’t allowed to stay at safe zones or banned locations. They may only visit the police department if they need to adjust their inventory, need to reset the convoy or respawns on accident.
- The bearcat isn’t allowed to be used by the president.
- The president cannot evade their security the whole time to ‘’stay undercover’’. They must travel/be around security as much as possible.
- The president needs to travel with their convoy as much as possible. They can leave without the convoy occasionally, but it must be kept to a minimal amount.
- The president should always travel with the presidential limo. If it is unavailable, they can use SUV’s.
- The president cannot stay in a vehicle for too long. If they stay in a vehicle to avoid combat, you are allowed to :bring him out of the vehicle or warn them for car abuse.
- The president should stay at a location for at least 5 minutes but shouldn't stay for more than 15 minutes.
- The president cannot be killed during a mod scene, when they just died and got revived or during an organized convoy. They can be killed however when they approach a mod for a question or request.
- The president can run for 1 hour maximum. After, the vice president becomes president, etc. The same candidates cannot run for the next elections.
- If the president does not follow these rules or shows disrespectful/bad behavior, you may punish them accordingly or take their presidency away.

Navigate to the meeting room in the Police Station, using crowd fences from three boxes at the front of the room. Then you may announce that a Presidential election is being held. You can announce the elections once with :m.

2. Wait for players to enter and participate in the election, also make sure that they are seated.
After waiting for a while / there is enough players, you may start to choose candidates.
Steps: (First to after))
:h Thank you all for participating in this election, I will be choosing three candidates now.
(Choose three candidates from the players in the meeting room, and let them stay in the boxes.)
:h The candidates have been chosen, they will be given one minute of time to speak their speech.
(Wait for one minute.)
:h Voting has begin, get into the candidate’s box who you wanted to vote for to vote!

The election is mostly done at this step, you only need to announce the result.
(According from the election rules, the top voted candidate will become the president while the second place will become vice president)

Convoy Regulations
- Convoys will be required to only maintain eight vehicles apart of the convoy. Meaning four vehicles at the back (Including one ambulance) + Media crew (News), And four at the front. The limousine limit is two, One being the decoy and must remain in the middle. The limitation to staff vehicles in convoy is TWO, One at the back & front. Civilians may not be apart of the convoy.
- Civilians disturbing convoys while it’s in procession or during peace timers will now be automatically Jailed. You may only attack the president when he has arrived at the location. This is to battle unrealism.
- There must not be traffic or alternative vehicles driving on the same road as the convoy, Same direction or not. All roads must be blocked and only accessible by the convoy. If civilians are caught driving passed or along with the convoy they will be warned. You may meet with the convoy at the destination as they are regularly announced.
- This legislation is probably the most important, Overtaking in convoys as police members is now an automatic jail. Second offence being a kick, For NITRP. You MUST not overtake unless the vehicle infront is stuck, Not moving (When convoy is), When vehicle Infront is afk/vacant, Or if staff authorise.
- The first convoy will always follow the designated path towards the ‘’White House’’ (hospital).
Ensure that no one stands on vehicles or engages in VDM.
- The president may request a convoy anytime, if it is an organized convoy by staff, a staff car should lead the way and civilians cannot attack/interfere.
- If the president quickly drives off during an attack, the president can still be attacked and a staff car should not lead the convoy.
Peace Timer
During organized convoys, a Peace Timer (PT) should always be on. If the president drives off without staff, no Peace timer should be initiated. Only put the Peace Timer on when the President arrives at their limo, they can still be attacked while on their way to the limo. When the president dies, a Peace Timer of 100sec should be initiated to give the president time to reorganize. Important is that all unauthorized civilians must leave the presidents area.
Banned Locations
The following locations are banned to be visited or stayed at by the President.
- Any safe zone (Police Department, Fire Department, Gun Store).
- Housing suburbs bunker.
- Prison.
- Any garage.
- High Rock Park watchtower.
- The silo at the farms.
- Civilian Spawns.
- Bases occupied by Whitelisted Departments or Mafia’s.
Please also minimise the extended use of high rock park for a presidential convoy destination. The formation of the presidential convoy breaks apart in those rocky hills. You can still utilise the area but just minimise along the way.
