Ensure you always punish based of proper proof! Ask for a video of good quality, clear screenshots or atleast 3+ trustworthy witnesses. Watch out with opening random links.
If any offence can be seen as ‘’Mass …’’, the according punishment will be a kick.
(E.g. 3 Violations in once)

Senior high ranks can off-duty warn the players if they are rule breaking, also that If there is a group of people trying to lie to protect a rule breaker, they can get warned or even kicked.
If the player violated three or more rules together / in once, you may kick them.
Examples: 3x RDM in once (in a minute) = Kick
