Roleplay Switching
We are a THE President Roleplay Community of ERLC! People come to our server to enjoy president roleplay. So it is expected that president roleplay is hosted.
The following rules are about switching roleplays.
- Low rank is not allowed to change roleplays on their own. Only when they got perms from High Rank+. Exceptions are when there are no High Rank+ staff members online to respond or if staff thoroughly discussed about changing.
- High Rank/Senior High Rank may change roleplays/give out perms, only under the following circumstances: 1) A severe lack of staff. So this means you've requested staff, asked in game staff to get on and there are only max two staff on duty. 2) The roleplay is very repetitive and people are not engaged in the roleplay anymore or if a lot of people are asking for a certain roleplay.
Perms for a roleplay change to Low Rank can only be given if High Rank+ has a good understanding of the current server status.
- High Rank must discuss with every on duty staff if a roleplay change is needed. Senior High Rank may decide alone but it is suggested they discuss too.
- Do not change the roleplay mid president roleplay. Ensure the president/vice/secretary all have died 3 times or left. Only exception is if there is a severe lack of staff on duty.
- A chaotic server is not a good reason to change roleplays. As a staff member, you must be able to handle chaos and to restore order. A roleplay change won't fix that.
- Border Roleplay can only be hosted when there are less than 25 players in game.
- If there is 4+ staff on duty, normal roleplay cannot be hosted, so president roleplay should be done.
You can use the ‘’Business Guide’’ for announcements during normal roleplay. You may also approve of certain small roleplays during normal roleplay like a small military base or roadwork.
Server Start Up
When there is a Server Start Up, the roleplay starts with normal or border roleplay until 20 players are in game. Elections will be hosted after that. Otherwise, normal roleplay will only be hosted during moments where there is a lack of staff on duty.
Make sure players use the right liveries and assets for the according roleplay. Stop any major roleplays players create themselves during normal roleplay like their own president roleplay. Ensure that all the ERLC roleplay rules are followed during normal roleplay!
Events
Events may be hosted only be Senior High Rank+ or Game Night Hosts. Focus will be layed on the event in game instead of the ongoing roleplay. Usually, events are hosted to bring variety to the server. During events, follow instructions as staff from the person who is hosting the event.
